Imo State Mourns the Loss of Alopi Alhaji Tijani Adewale Odeyeyi (Aare Musulumi of Modakeke) Father of CSP Oladimeji odeyeyiwa

The Imo State Police Command, the good people of Imo State, and the entire Nigeria Police Force are mourning the passing of Alhaji Tijani Adewale Odeyeyiwa, the father of CSP Oladimehji Odeyeyiwa, the Commander of the Tiger Base Unit, Imo State. Alhaji Tijani Adewale Odeyeyiwa (Aare Musulumi of Modakeke), a respected community leader and devout Muslim, passed away on February 23, 2025, at the ripe age of 94.
The family has announced that the Fidau Prayer and final burial ceremony will take place on April 5, 2025, at the Civic Center, Modakeke, Ife Central, Osun State. The ceremony will attract dignitaries from across the country, including top government officials, traditional rulers, and senior police officers.
CSP Oladimehji Odeyeyiwa, a renowned crime fighter and respected police officer, has received condolences from the Imo State Government, led by His Excellency, Senator Hope Uzodinma, the Imo State Police Command, led by the Commissioner of Police, CP Aboki Danguma, and the good people of Imo State.
The late Alhaji Tijani Adewale Odeyeyiwa lived a fulfilling life, dedicated to the service of humanity and the development of his community. He was a devout Muslim, a respected community leader, and a devoted family man. His legacy will continue to inspire generations to come.
CSP Oladimehji Odeyeyiwa, who has distinguished himself as a brilliant and courageous police officer, has been instrumental in combating crimes in Imo State. His leadership and expertise have earned him numerous awards and recognitions, including the prestigious "Crime Fighter of the Year Award" from the Nigeria Police Force Headquarters, Abuja.
The people of Imo State and the entire Nigeria Police Force are with CSP Oladimehji Odeyeyiwa and his family in this moment of grief, praying for the repose of the soul of the late Alhaji Tijani Adewale Odeyeyiwa.
