Youths of ideato Nation has been charged to harness every opportunity that will improve standard of living and development of the federal Constituency and also unlock their full potential.
Comrade Christian ikenna , the convener of Leadership and Economic conference organized by Coalition of Ideato Progressive youth (CIPY) made this appeal while briefing the press on the preparation of the Leadership and Economic Conference that will hold soon.
Speaking with newsmen over the weekend in ideato Nation, he stated that there are reservoirs of untaped talent in ideato Nation which made the conference a necessity saying that the conference will improve the standard of living of ideato youth and also inculcate impact of true leadership in them.
According to the vibrant youth leader, the conference will expose many entreprenurial skills and open doors of opportunities unimaginable and expressed optimism that the program will make way to solving the unemployment problem and joblessness in our communities as the participants will become self relaint and even employers of labour. He opined that youth will be set for greatness and the communities rid of social vices when they are engaged in productive ventures for an idle mind is the Devil's workshop.
Coalition of Ideato
Progressive youth has a burning desire and passion to put a stop to youth restiveness, caused by idleness by building an enabling environment for development of youth in the area.
Comrade Ikenna adviced the ideato youth to jettison the frivolous ideas that have been distracting them all these years and face reality. He regretted that most of the were discouraged by lack of enabling environment to hinder the improvement of their potential and assured them that the conference will address some of these challenges as well as proffer a solution.
The convener revealed that ideato youth are intelligent, gifted, hardworking and resilient enough to achieve their dreams, pointing that the conference will eventually be an avenue for them to ask questions, and get answers that will clear their problems and fears they face in development of their potential and even proffer a mean for financial solutions to actualizing their dreams.
