In a groundbreaking lawsuit, the Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) has taken President Bola Tinubu to court over his government's failure to reverse the recent petrol price increase and probe allegations of corruption within the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL).
