. Lady Dr Gloria Ijeoma Onyebuagu Has called on the electorate in the state to elect the incumbent governor, Senator Hope Uzodimma for second term in the November 11 Governorship election in other to guarantee the implementation of Imo Charter of Equity.
She started this on Friday the 22nd of September in her Owerri Residence during an interaction with journalists adding that the imo charter of equity started since 1998,
She maintained that it is only the incumbent governor, Uzodimma that can implement the charter of equity to the fullest as he have only one more term to complete his constitutional guaranteed eight years in office.
Dr Ijeoma had said that the incumbent governor Senator Hope Uzodimma have never relented in working for the overall wellbeing of Imolites and for the safety of the people regardless of the challenges that had bedeviled his administration and that it can only take a selfless leader to remain resolute even in the light of projected setbacks.
In the bid of supporting the second term of his Excellency, Senator Hope Uzodimma,Hon Dr Gloria has shown her gratitude towards some monumental achievements of his Excellency's administration which includes::the promotion of the state Civil Servants, Prompt Payment of workers salaries and pensions upto 13th months of every successful year, workers welfare, construction of gigantic General Hospitals/Health centers,
She maintained that she will continue to consult with women and do everything within her reach to make sure no single vote is wasted for the governor's re-election
.thanked the governor for all he has done ,his policies, programs and project which transcended positively to the grassroots.
